Plans by a Registered Technologist = R 1400.00
These fees include one site inspection, free of charge.
Please do not book a site inspection prematurely, as additional site visits will be charged at a rate of R1000.00.
If the plans are designed and drawn by Schick, a fee of R600.00 will be charged for plan approval.
